This is a very basic track, 20 minute recording of the sea on the shingle at Newgale a week or so after the storms of 2014. You don't hear the waves crashing too much as that is happening 80 yards away in the sea, but the rolling of the surf and drawback on the shingle makes for a pleasant repetitive background if you like the sound of the sea.
